This website is operated by RedFire Brands. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RedFire Brands. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set out below, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Products and pricing
All products are subject to availability. Because our lures are made to order, we reserve the right to limit quantities or decline an order.
We have made every effort to display our products accurately. Colors as they appear on your screen may differ slightly from the finished lure, and because each lure is handmade there is natural variation between individual pieces. This is a characteristic of handmade tackle, not a defect.
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We are not liable for pricing errors and reserve the right to correct them and cancel any affected order with a full refund.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may accept or decline any order. If we cancel an order you will receive a full refund.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date so we can reach you if there is a problem with your order.
Proposition 65

Third-party brands
Bost and MagBay are trademarks of their respective owners. RedFire Brands is an authorized reseller of these products. Product descriptions, specifications and imagery relating to these brands originate with the manufacturer.
Use of the site
You may not use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, or to collect the personal information of others. We may terminate your use of the site for breaching any of these terms.
Limitation of liability
Fishing tackle is used in an inherently risky environment. You are responsible for rigging, handling and using our products safely, and for your own safety and that of your crew. To the extent permitted by law, RedFire Brands is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from the use of our products, and our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept them.
